My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, while also helping you develop tools that support lasting change.

Are you aware of relational patterns that you’d like to change, yet still find yourself feeling “stuck” and unsure of how to move forward? I truly know how discouraging it can be to feel like this change is out of reach. Together, we’ll unpack these patterns  - understanding the ways they've helped you, and the ways they might be holding you back. We'll nurture the insight and resilience you already possess, while also introducing practical tools that can help you move toward lasting change. In a safe, non-judgmental space, you'll be supported in exploring more meaningful ways to relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

I welcome the opportunity to partner with adult clients from all backgrounds, especially those navigating transitional stages of life, feeling low self-worth, or looking to explore their identity. I see therapy as a collaborative process where I'll be a supportive guide as you embrace the life and self that truly resonate with you.

Please take a moment to appreciate yourself for taking this first step. Choosing to begin therapy is a big decision, and finding a therapist you connect with is so important. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this journey, so let’s connect today! Reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation. I can't wait to get to know you!

Get to Know Grace

What's the most exciting thing about being a therapist?

"Being trusted with people’s stories. I feel honored every time a client is willing to open-up and share personal aspects of their life with me. I really value getting to know each person that seeks counseling with me on a deeper level."

What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

"As a self-proclaimed introvert, my ideal weekend usually involves relaxing, catching-up on TV shows, and cuddling with my cat, Pierre. I also love going to the farmers market, trying new coffee shops, and exploring Grand Rapids with friends!"

Which ice cream do you prefer?

"This is almost an impossible question for a Midwestern girl, but I have to go with Superman!"

What’s something you’re proud of?

"My commitment to becoming a therapist and helping others. It’s been a long road with a lot of obstacles, and it makes me proud to look back and see how far I’ve come!"
