Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your emotions by using the tools you already have, but may not have tapped into quite yet. Through collaboration we can navigate your past, present and future. Together we will create a safe space for you to thrive within.
You're the keeper of your emotions and traumas. I am here to help you better understand them in a way that serves you rather than hinders. I don’t believe in sessions where the counselor tells the client what they should be doing or saying. Instead, sessions should be a joint action. All individuals deserve to feel seen and heard.

"I love to take my dog on walks with my partner in all the great parks in Grand Rapids. During the summer I love to go to the beach and in the winter I like to snowboard."
