Picking a counselor is no small task! You want to find someone who’s educated and experienced and that you’ll click with. I know because I’ve been where you are right now: on Psychology Today, looking for a counselor, reading profiles, and trying to decide who to go with. As I’ve been a client sitting across from a therapist, I understand what it means to be entrusted with a person’s growth journey. That’s one of the many reasons why I’m passionate about being a counselor - I genuinely appreciate each of my clients' unique experiences and personalities, and use that to help them transition from their real life to an ideal life.

During my 7 years in the counseling field, I’ve loved gaining all types of experience by working with a wide variety of people and topics. Though I’m well-versed in many areas, my specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. In addition, I’ve received focused training in EMDR and TFCBT - the gold standards in trauma counseling!

Realizing it’s time to make a change isn’t easy, but what can be even more intimating is getting started. That’s why I ensure each session is warm and inviting, while also balancing it with reality. I’m incredibly proud of those who’ve taken a powerful step towards attaining a better life through counseling, and I 100% believe you can, too! Reach out today!
