Confident & Capable Clinicians

The transition from graduate school into professional practice is an exciting time—but it can also come with a lot of uncertainty. As an LLPC, you are developing your clinical identity, navigating increasingly complex cases, and learning what it means to practice independently.

At Harmony, supervision is more than checking a box toward licensure. It is an opportunity to grow as a clinician, strengthen your clinical skills, talk through challenging cases, and develop confidence in your professional judgment.

A Place to Ask Questions

You don't have to have all the answers yet - that's part of being an LLPC.

Supervision should be a place where you can bring the cases you're unsure about, ask questions without fear of judgment, and work through the gray areas of clinical practice. We believe that strong clinicians are not those who never have questions; they are those who know when to ask them.

Our goal is to help you gradually develop the knowledge, confidence, and clinical judgment necessary to practice independently and responsibly.

Supporting Your Growth Beyond Licensure

While completing your supervision hours is an important part of becoming an LPC, the ultimate goal is bigger than completing a checklist. We want to help you develop into the kind of counselor you want to be.

Whether you are looking for guidance with a difficult case, working through an ethical question, developing your clinical approach, or simply wanting a space to process the realities of being a new clinician, supervision provides an opportunity to learn and grow alongside someone with experience in the field.

Why Choose Harmony for Supervision? From My Experience to Yours

I’ve been on both sides of the supervision relationship, and I know that becoming a good clinician involves a lot more than checking off supervision hours.

My clinical experience spans trauma, EMDR, substance use, child welfare, and community mental health. My experience as a group practice owner has given me a front-row seat to the realities of being a therapist beyond the therapy room. I understand the clinical, ethical, administrative, and sometimes messy parts of this work.

My goal is to give LLPC's a place to bring the cases they’re stuck on, the questions they’re afraid to ask, and the situations where the answer isn’t always obvious. I want you to leave supervision not just knowing what to do, but understanding why you’re doing it, and becoming more confident in your own clinical judgment along the way.
